A deposit of 50% is required at the time of making a reservation with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before arrival. Bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival require payment in full at the time of booking.

BOOKING INFORMATION
The property suits one or two families. The property sits astride the River Burn and so young children must be supervised when they are outside.
BBQ’s, Fishing in the River Burn or smoking (either inside or outside) are all strictly forbidden. Dogs or other pets are not allowed (exceptions may be made for small, well behaved, non-drop dogs).
